CFSA Membership/Insurance
Mandatory for anyone participating in programs with the Tawatinaw Valley Freeriders. Proof of membership must be presented at registration. Volunteers are required to purchase a general membership for insurance coverage.
 
Beginning Skiers
If the participant is a beginning skier, we require that a parent/guardian 18 years of age or older ski with and be responsible for the participant on the first day of instruction until the coach has an opportunity to evaluate the participant.
 
Groupings
During the first two weeks of the programs the coaches will evaluate the participants to determine if they are registered in the most suitable program. Should the coaches determine that the participant is better suited to a higher level program or requires more skill development, the participant will be offered the opportunity to join another group as is appropriate. Fees will be adjusted in accordance with the program change.
 
Refunds
Should a participant choose to withdraw from a program during the first two weeks, they will be refunded 75% of the registration fees paid to Tawatinaw Valley Freeriders. After the first two weeks, fees are non-refundable. Please note that CFSA membership fees are non-refundable.
 
Family Discounts
If a family registers 3 or more athletes, the first two are regular rates and any after are charged half price. This discount only applies to immediate family members who reside in the same residence.
